Background of the project

Qinghai Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd. is the first large-scale chemical enterprise registered in Qinghai in June 2009 by Hubei Yihua Group in response to the call of the national western development, based on the strategic needs of Yihua Group’s chlor-alkali chemical development, and making full use of Qinghai’s resource advantages. It is a key investment attraction enterprise in Qinghai Province. The company is located in Xining City, Qinghai Province, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, covers an area of ​​1,025 acres, and produces 400,000 tons of calcium carbide, 300,000 tons of PVC, and 240,000 tons of caustic soda annually.

Ebara Zibo customized the design and production of 4 sets of Ebara CW horizontal double-suction split pumps for it. The water pump is a single-stage, double-suction, horizontal, horizontal split, volute structure, the impeller is made of integral castings, and the shaft seal adopts a containerized mechanical case seal.
