EBARA LPDC 4KC55.5 vertical single-stage pipeline pump, the inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal line, the inlet and outlet flanges are of the same size, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation, 80LPDC caliber universal pump, a pump overall weight is 171 kg. EBARA LPDC 4KC55.5 the impeller adopts double sealing ring and balance hole structure to balance the rotor axial force and make the pump run more stably.
In the detailed model name, LPDC represents the model, 2 represents the number of motor stages, HC represents the impeller code, 5 represents the frequency of 50 Hz, 5.5 represents the motor power of 5.5 kW, 80 represents the inlet and outlet diameters, H represents 10 bar type: None, 16 bar type: H.

The extended shaft and rigid coupling are used, and the structure is compact and light.
The pump body extrusion chamber adopts a double volute structure, so that the radial force of the rotor is automatically balanced, so that the pump will not cause mechanical failure when it runs completely off the design working conditions.
The pump body is an integral casting structure.
It is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines, and all rotating parts can be easily removed for maintenance.
The impeller adopts a double sealing ring and a balancing hole structure to balance the axial force of the rotor and make the pump run more stably.
The non-overload design is adopted, so that the pump will not cause overload problems under any working conditions.
